RATES

$500 per night.  Two night minumum stay (2:00pm arrival, Noon departure)

 

Security deposit:

$300 for parties 10 and less, plus $300 for each additional week of stay (1-7 day stay = $300, 8-14 day stay = $600).

$500 for parties 11 and more, plus $500 for each additional week of stay (1-7 day stay = $500, 8-14 day stay = $1,000).

 

Please note: to insure reservation we must receive the security deposit with the signed contract within four business days of receiving the contract.

 

Additional Fees:

Washington State sales tax (7%) applies.

Pet fee: $50 per night per pet. At this time we accept  dogs only; 80lbs and lighter and require a completed pet addendum which we provide.
